iNELS BUS Add-On Module Manual for Inspinia Touch Panels

Describes how to use iNELS addon module in Inspinia touch units

Overview

Enhance the functionality of INSPINIA touch panels (INS4SQ, INS8SQ, and INS10SQ) with the iNELS Add-On Module. This module allows you to connect iNELS bus devices to control HVAC systems, lighting systems, and other wired and wireless protocols via Inspinia touch panels.

System Architecture

• Inspinia Touch Units: INS4SQ, INS8SQ, and INS10SQ

• iNELS Add-On Module: Connects to the touch panels

• iNELS Power Supply with Bus Separator

• iNELS System Units: Controllers, actuators, dimmers

Wiring

1. Connect the BUS Module: Attach the BUS module to the add-on port of the touch panels.

2. Connect the iNELS Bus Line: Connect the iNELS bus line to the terminal. The Inspinia panel will function as the iNELS Central Unit.

Programming

Programming is done through the Sky platform:

Add iNELS Bus Device: Navigate to the right corner of the project plane and add the iNELS bus device.

Add new Device

Add iNELS Bus from the list

Add iNELS System Units: Click the + icon to add the iNELS system units and enter the hexadecimal address of each unit.

Design and Logic Creation: Drag the added device to the project design plane and create logic with the UI object or other devices available in the Sky platform.
