Web Setting
General

Connect Door Station and PC to a network switch in the same LAN. You can enter the IP address of Door Station in the web browser search bar and log in with the default account (admin) and password (123456). This is where you can configure the device.

When you first log in to the web interface, you can find basic information displayed in this dashboard.

Basic
Language, resolution and volume of the device can be configured in this column. To Add Language, first download template file. Change expressions behind the symbol “=”. Upload your file and define language name.

Language
Web Language:
List of supported languages;

Possibility to upload custom language for web interface.
Resolution:
3 resolutions supported (640 × 480, 1280 × 720, 1920 × 1080);
Volume
Intercom Volume:
Volume of Intercom can be set from 1 to 6;
System:
Volume of System can be set from 1 to 6;
Unlock Voice
Unlock Voice File:
Possibility to upload custom voice – Click to Upload. When you click Delete, the uploaded voice will be deleted, and it will be restored to the factory preset voice.
Key Backlight
Mode:
It is used to configure the brightness mode of the device's keypad light. Auto: The keypad light automatically turns on and off according to the ambient brightness; Always On: The keypad light is always on; Always Off: The keypad light is always off; Duration: The keypad light turns on at a specified time
Time
Time of the device can be configured. Daylight Saving Time is also supported.

Time
Auto (Time):
Enable to synchronize server time;
Date&Time:
Date and time can be set manually, if “Auto (Time)” is disabled;
NTP URL:
Network Time Protocol (NTP) is a protocol used to synchronize computer time;
Time Zone:
A region that observes a uniform standard time;
Daylight-saving Time
Daylight-saving Time:
Enable to set DST;
Start Time:
The beginning of DST;
End Time:
The ending of DST;
Offset Time:
The default value is 60 minutes;
Password
The Web password is for the administrator to log in settings on the web. The default password is 123456.

System
The system column is designed for data backup and restore, firmware upgrade, factory default, device reboot, packet capture, logs capture and obtaining UI screenshots.

Intercom
Device
Numbers here are basic settings for making a call to Indoor Monitor. For Door Station, the building and unit number should be the same as those in Indoor Monitor. For Villa Station with one button, the building, unit, and room number should be the same as those in Indoor Monitor.
The device number here is to distinguish different Door Stations when more than one Door Station is in one building.


Device Manager Server
Register to Cloud:
It is used to configure the device to register to the cloud server.

Node:
Shows the Cloud Platform node location, if registered
Device
Automatic deployment:
It is used to configure whether the device is allowed to automatically connect to the cloud platform and obtain configuration. Valid values: Enable/Disable.
Enabled when device registered on Cloud Platform – all below mentioned parameters are read only then
Site ID:
It is used to configure the device to automatically connect to the specified site of the cloud platform (max 10 characters)
Device Name:
It is used to configure device name (max 16 characters)
Building No.:
It is used to configure the building no. of the device (Range: 1-999);
Unit No.:
It is used to configure the unit no. of the device. Also indicates "Rise No." or "Stair No." (Range: 0-99);
Apartment No.:
It is used to configure the apartment no. of the device. In villa station mode, this number needs to be consistent with the apartment no. configured on the indoor monitor. After the configuration is completed, you can press the call button of the device to call the indoor monitor directly. (Range: 0-9899);
Device No.:
It is used to configure the device number of the device. When the devices are installed in the same location (building number and unit number are the same), the device number needs to be configured to distinguish them as different devices.
1: Indicates that the device is a host
2-9: Indicates that the device is a slave (Range: 1-9);
Network
The device network can be set to either DHCP or a static IP address.

Ethernet
DHCP:
It is used to configure whether the device uses DHCP to obtain an IP address. When it is turned on, IP Address, MASK, Gateway, and DNS cannot be configured.
IP Address:
Configure Static IP address to manually distribute network configuration parameters;
Mask:
Subnet mask;
Gateway:
A component that is part of two networks, which use different protocols:
DNS:
Domain Name Server of the device;
SIP
It is used to configure the device to register with the SIP server and the settings when the device communicates with the SIP server. Account1 is reserved for connection to the SIP server on iNELS Intercom Cloud, Account2 can be configured to connect with any 3rd party SIP server.
The SIP column concerns SIP registration, Display Name, Register Name, Username, Password, SIP Server Host, Outbound Proxy, Transfer Protocol, Video Payload, etc.

Shows the device status registration with SIP server;

Enable to use SIP;
Display Name:

SIP Server Host:
Directly fill in SIP server’s address e.g., 192.168.68.90;
The default port is 5060;
Outbound Proxy:
Directly fill in Outbound Proxy of SIP;
The default port is 5060;
Registration Duration:
Registration duration when the device registers with the SIP server; (sec)
Transport Protocol:
Transfer Protocol (UDP, TCP, TLS);
DNS SRV:
Enables the DNS SRV function when the device registers with the SIP server;
Other
Video Payload:
Specifies the RTP payload type number used to identify the video codec stream during a SIP call (96 – 127)
Ring Group
It is used to configure the ring group function of the device. When the device calls the APT No., it will trigger the call to the number in the ring group.
Import and Export setup is possible using .csv file format. To get a Import template, first click on Export.

Ring Group
Mode:
2 modes supported (one by one, all at once);
l One by one: Make calls one after one following the ring group order.
- Works only when device not allowed to register to the cloud
l All at once: Make calls to all ring group destinations.
+ Add:
Configures the number that the device wants to call, which can be configured as an IP address or a SIP number.
IP address: The format is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
SIP number: The format is xxx or xxx@xxx (x is any character of the String type)
(max 7 numbers / group)
Call Concierge
Concierge*:
Configures the device to enable the concierge function. If Disable, the concierge icon on the device LCD will not be visible, and the concierge button on the keyboard (if any) will not respond when pressed.
Concierge NO.*:
Configures the number that the device calls the concierge. If configured, the enter number will be displayed on the LCD.
Valid values: String within 10 characters (0-9 or a-z or A-Z)

Define the call Type and Destination for concierge – multi or single button on the device;
l IP call: Fill in ip:IP address,
e.g., sip:192.168.68.90;
l SIP call: Fill in SIP Address:sip account@SIP server address:port,

Hang Up After Unlock
Hang Up After Unlock:
Configures whether the device automatically ends the call after unlocking.
Timeout:
Configures the time (in seconds) when the device automatically ends the call after unlocking. (Range: 1s – 10s)
Settings
Ring Time:
The ring will be ended automatically after a period (10s, 20s, 35s, 45s, 60s, 90s, 120s)
Dial Mode:
Single dial mode supported – hangs up the call when not answered;
Call Time:
The call will be ended automatically after a period (120s, 300s, 600s, 1200s, 1800s);
Call Logs
It is used to view the call logs of the device.

Type:
Switch filter between Ongoing / Incoming call type;
Date&Time:
Set start and end date for filtering logs;
Search:
Run search based on filter definition;
Reset:
Resets defined filter rules;
Delete All:
Deletes all selected logs;
Export:
Export logs to csv file;

Relay
Relay 1-2:
2 relays supported;
DTMF:
Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (Relay1: #, Relay2: 0, Relay3: *);
Unlock Delay:
The length of unlock delay time (1-9s);
Unlock Time:
The length of unlock time (1-9s);
Click to Unlock:
Click to trigger the relay to unlock.
Dry Contact Input 1-2:
· Supports 3 modes of dry contact inputs are supported (Exit Button, Door Sensor, Fire Linkage);
· Select relay to trigger
· Select the action (Do not call, Call to Concierge, Call to Number)
- When “Call to Number” selected, Room no. (xxx) or IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) or SIP address (sip:xxxxxx) needs to be defined
Open Relay via HTTP
Open Relay via HTTP:
Configures whether third-party devices can use http to unlock. If enabled, third parties can use http commands to unlock.

Card
Master Card:
Configure whether the device uses the master card function. If it is turned on, you can click Read and place the card in the device's card read area. The card will be used as the device's master card to add and delete other access cards.
Swipe to Arm/Disarm:
Arm / disarm the function
Card Reading Mode:
Configures the mode of the device to read the access card.
Compatible mode: read a specific card number in the card
Full Card No. mode: read all card numbers in the card.
Card Order:
Configures the order in which the device reads all the card numbers in the access card (Normal, Reserved)
Card Display Mode:
Configures the display style after the device reads all the card numbers in the access card (Decimal, Hexadecimal)
Card Reader Open Relay:
Configures the relay that opens after the access card is read by the device card reader (Select/Unselect – Relay1, Relay2)
Wiegand Settings
Wiegand Transfer Mode:
Configures the device's role in the Wiegand communication as either a receiver (reading data) or a transmitter (outputting data).
Wiegand Input Bits:
Configures the bits of the value obtained by the device's Wiegand port from an external card reader (26, 34, 58)
Wiegand Input Data Order:
Configures the input sequence of the data obtained by the door station from the external card reader (Normal, Reserved)
Wiegand Output Bits:
Configures the bits of the value sent by the device's Wiegand interface to the external device (26, 34, 58)
Wiegand Output Data Order:
Configures the sequence of data that the door station sends to external devices (Normal, Reserved)
Wiegand Open Relay:
Configures the relay that opens after the access card is read by external Wiegand (Select/Unselect – Relay1, Relay2)
Web Relay Action
It is used to configure the parameters for triggering web relay. Max 8 actions can be used.

Web Relay Action
IP Address:
Configures the IP address used by web relay
Username:
Configures the username used by web relay for authentication
Password:
Configures the password used by web relay for authentication
Web Relay Key:
Configures the DTMF key that triggers the web relay action. When the device receives the DTMF value from the other end during a call, it can trigger the web relay to perform the configured action.
Valid values: 0-9/*/#/A/B/C/D
Action URL:
Configures the operation to be performed after receiving the web relay, usually an http command, for example:
- http://username:password@IP/state.xml?relayState=2
Web Relay Permission:
Configures the legal devices that are allowed to trigger the web relay. If it is empty, all terminals that talk to the device can trigger it. If the IP or SIP account of a specified device (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx or xxx@xxx) is configured, can only be triggered by the specified device.
Person
Person column is for authorization. You can add users to the device and relate them with relays or cards.
Local person or groups can be created in web UI, Cloud once are defined on cloud platform.
Import and Export setup is possible using .csv file format. To get a Import template, first click on Export.

Group:
Configures different groups for personnel management

Configures the name of the group, and the name cannot be repeated
Add
Status:
Configures whether to activate the access of this person.
Name:
Configures the name of the person (max 30 characters)
Card No.:
Configures the card that this person uses to unlock the door, and supports up to 3 cards
Number of Passes:
Configures the total number of times this person passes through all selected relays. If disabled, there is no limit on the number of passes
Relay:
Configures the relay that this person can open
Effective time:
Configures the effective time of this person. If enabled, you can configure the start, end, and day of the week within the effective time.

Cloud
Name:
Configures the name of the person
Valid values: String within 26 characters
Room No.:
Configures the apartment number of the person
Valid values: 0-9899
Card No.:
Configures the card that this person uses to unlock the door, and supports up to 3 cards

It is used to view the unlock logs of the device.

Video
Real-time video from IP cameras can be obtained by filling in its URL (RTSP). On the talking interface of Indoor Monitor, you can click the little keyboard icon to switch to IP cameras’ video. (No.1 on the keyboard stands for Door Station while No.2 to No.5 stands for IP camera)

Video Stream Setting
Video Stream:
Configures whether the device is enabled for video surveillance;
Username:
Configures the username for authentication when the device is used as video surveillance;
Password:
Configures the password for authentication when the device is used as video surveillance;
RTSP LED
RTSP LED:
Configures the LED settings when the device is used as a video surveillance device.
Auto: turns on and off according to changes in ambient light
Always Off: The LED is always off;
RTSP Feed
RTSP Feed:
Configures the device's RTSP Feed settings. If configured, you need to fill in the URL; Supports up to 4 IP cameras;
HTTP Event
It is used to configure the actions triggered by the user when operating the device.

Enabled:
Configures whether to enable the trigger action;
Event:
Displays operations that support triggering actions
Action URL:
It is used to configure the triggered action, usually an http command, for example:

Enable to use Tamper alarm on the back of the device;
