Device replacement

Need to swap a faulty or wrong intercom device? This short guide shows how the Replace Device function works in the iNELS Intercom Cloud by ELKO EP: enter the MAC address of the new device, wait for synchronization, finish the replacement and verify the completed task in the device log. Note that only devices of the same type can be replaced.

Message sending from cloud

This video shows the messaging function of the iNELS Intercom Cloud by ELKO EP. From the Reseller/Installer account you create a message, choose the recipients and write the content; the property manager then sees it under the bell icon and can forward it to all residents. A quick way to inform a whole site about service work or news.
