Device Components

Features

  • The smart gateway enables control of iNELS Wireless and iNELS Home components from applications (smartphones, tablets, voice assistants) and other third-party devices using MQTT communication.

  • Up to 70 iNELS Wireless devices or 20 iNELS Home devices can be connected, and it processes set programs for automatic control, time scenarios, or schedules for heating control.

  • Thanks to two-way communication, it displays the current status of individual elements and sends push notifications about their status.

  • It provides a connection to the iNELS Cloud for remote control without the need for a static IP or advanced automation settings.

  • It can be placed anywhere on a horizontal surface, and thanks to its flat surface and removable base, it can also be mounted on a wall or ceiling.

  • Powered by a 5 V DC/2 A adapter, USB-C connector (included).

Basic Information

Power Supply

  • Powered via USB-C connector.

Network Connection

  • eLAN-RF-204 has a WiFi interface (2.4 GHz).

  • Maximum number of connected RF devices is 70.

  • For the initial connection, you need to connect to the access point (AP) created by the device in setup mode.

  • AP name: eLAN-204_SN

  • AP password: elkoep_204

  • Default IP address of the device in AP mode: 192.168.1.1

  • After connecting to the AP, open the web interface in a browser at http://192.168.1.1 – no password is required for access.

Reset Button

  • Short press: device restart.

  • Press 3–7 seconds: green blinking – toggle WiFi ON/OFF.

  • Press 7–11 seconds: blue blinking – reset AP name and password.

  • Press 12–20 seconds: red blinking – factory reset.

  • Press longer than 20 seconds: no reaction (protection against accidental reset).

LED Status Indication

  • White: device in AP mode (WiFi client inactive, access only via AP).

  • Blue: device connected to local WiFi network.

  • Green: device connected to cloud.

  • Yellow: device connected to MQTT.

  • Turquoise (Azure): device connected to both cloud and MQTT.

  • Red: error state.
