Wiring, programming card, pairing, clearing, specs. *Part 3 — Unit reference · Switch units.* A wall socket (Schuko) for the MIRO range that you can switch by radio. It fits into an installation box in the wall in place of a normal socket and switches the appliance you plug into it — fan, lamp, heater — up to 16 A. It also measures energy. Wiring may only be done by a person with the right qualification. {% endhint %} | Terminal | Connect | | -------- | -------------------------- | | L | Phase conductor | | N | Neutral conductor | | PE | Protective earth conductor | * Screw terminals, rear cable entry, max. 2.5 mm² (rigid or flexible conductor). * Mounting: flush, from the front, in VDE standard installation boxes and plasterboard boxes, with or without claws. Screw fixing, rear mounting. * Fit the MIRO frame (single frame) and the MIRO cover for the smart socket on top. Choose the colour from the table below. * The control button with a red LED is in the front of the socket. * Keep at least 1 cm from other iNELS units. * For indoor use only. Older controllers: [Pairing reference](/inels-home/inels-wireless/pairing-and-configuration.md). {% endstep %} {% step %} ### Socket into programming mode Hold the control button on the socket as described in the instruction supplied with the unit. {% endstep %} {% step %} ### Choose the function Press the controller button the number of times that matches the function you want, about 1 s apart ([Appendix B](/inels-home/inels-wireless/appendix-b-functions-by-number-of-presses.md)). For the delayed functions, follow the instruction supplied with the unit. {% endstep %} {% step %} ### Finish Short press the control button on the socket. {% endstep %} {% endstepper %} ## Special feature: energy measurement The RFSZ-11/MPW has an **energy measurement function**. For what it measures and where you read the values, see the instruction supplied with the unit. ## Clear and factory reset To clear one button or the whole memory of the socket, follow the instruction supplied with the unit. ## Use with eLAN-204 * The socket connects to the iNELS app through the [eLAN-204](/inels-home/inels-wireless/devices/system-units/elan-204.md) gateway. * To add a unit to an eLAN-204: open the Devices tab, press **ADD device**, choose the model from the list, enter the RF address of the unit, then choose an icon and a name ([Web interface tabs](/inels-home/inels-wireless/devices/system-units/elan-204/web-interface-tabs-description.md)). * The socket is a bidirectional RFIO2 unit. ## LED reference | LED | Meaning | | ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------- | | Red LED in the control button | Output state / programming indication | ## Troubleshooting | Symptom | Fix | | ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Does not switch from the controller | Check that the button is paired (steps above).
