# Switch units

Wireless relay units that switch lights and appliances on and off.

*Part 3 — Unit reference.*

Switch units switch a load on and off with a relay. Multi-function units offer six functions chosen by the number of presses ([Appendix B](/inels-home/inels-wireless/appendix-b-functions-by-number-of-presses.md)); single-function units only ON/OFF.
