Written Guide

Let’s begin with the easy setup of your RFTC-6 glass zone thermostat. In just a few simple steps, you’ll learn how to power it on, connect it to Wi-Fi, register it in the iNELS app, and get everything ready for comfortable and efficient control of your heating and cooling system

Connect your Thermostat

Installation

  • Connect the thermostat to 110–230 V AC mains.

  • Live (L) → Terminal L, Neutral (N) → Terminal N.

  • Optionally connect an external temperature sensor.

  • Mount the thermostat on a standard electrical wall box.

App Registration

  1. Download the iNELS app (App Store / Google Play).

  2. Create an account or log in.

  3. Go to Gateway Administration → Add Gateway.

  4. Identify the RFTC-6 by its IP/MAC address.

  5. Enter default login credentials (changeable later).

  6. Once added, RFTC-6 appears under Gateway Settings.

Wi-Fi Setup

Add devices and create rooms

  • Add devices by entering their RF address (on product label).

  • Create rooms (Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom).

  • Assign devices to each room.

Build up in app (heating plan, zones, central source)

Temperature Plans

Set up your temperature modes: comfort, normal, attenuation, and minimum. The temperature of each mode can be freely edited to match your preference. For each plan, set the timestamps — the exact times during the day when a specific temperature mode should be active — and select the days of the week when the plan should apply. You can prepare a unique plan for each room individually, so the living room, kitchen, and bathroom can all have their own schedule with different temperature settings.

Heating & Cooling Areas

  • Once your temperature plans are ready, proceed to define the heating and cooling areas.

  • Add the temperature sensor of the RFTC-6 and the temperature plan for the living room.

  • Select the heating unit’s thermo valve of the radiator that is located in the living room.

  • Add the living room heating area into the living room section.

  • Create three areas — Living Room, Kitchen, and Bathroom.

  • Each heating area can be linked to its own plan and assigned to a specific room.

  • Assign all heating areas to the correct rooms in your app.

  • This setup ensures that every zone in your home has its own customized schedule and precise temperature control.

Adjust the thermostat functions via app or web interface
