# Reception

For front-desk staff — bookings, check-in, keys and room control.

**Who this section is for:** receptionists and duty managers. Nothing here requires technical knowledge — if you can use a booking website, you can use Harmony's reception app.

Open `http://<your-server>:82` and sign in with the account your manager gave you. You land on the dashboard, which is the page most front desks leave open all day.
