Who this section is for: cleaning staff, who work from a phone, and the manager who assigns and checks their work from a desk.

The two jobs use two different screens:

• Today's tasks — for cleaners. The phone app: see your rooms, start a clean, mark it done.

• The housekeeping board — for managers. Every task in the hotel, assignment, and the daily rhythm.

• Reports — occupancy, workload and staff performance.
