Go-live checklist

An hour of checks before the first real guest arrives.

Run this before the hotel starts using Harmony for real. It takes about an hour and catches the problems that are embarrassing to discover at the front desk on a Friday evening.

Configuration is complete

A full guest journey, end to end

Do this with a real room and a real card — not on paper.

1

Create a booking for tomorrow, in a room you can walk to

2

Issue a card, including the entrance zone

3

Check in

Confirm the status changes and the room reacts the way your automations intend.

4

Walk to the room

The card opens the entrance and that room — and does not open a different guest room.

5

Press Make Up Room

The alert reaches the reception bell within seconds, and a cleaning task appears on the housekeeping board.

6

Press Do Not Disturb

The alert appears and the room card shows it.

7

Complete the cleaning task from a housekeeping phone

It disappears from the board.

8

Check out

A departure cleaning task appears, the card stops working, and any energy-saving automation fires.

9

Delete the test booking and free the test card

Every role can actually work
